Grimentz

We’re excited to share an article just published by National Geographic, in the article they breakdown the best ski resorts in the alps for families and decide on Grimentz as the top resort in this category across Switzerland, France, Italy & Austria!

The article reads:

“With a prime spot in the Valais, but far less visited than the region’s other resorts such as Verbier, Crans-Montana and Zermatt, Grimentz is known for its traditional chalets and lift-accessed off-piste skiing. Home to several ski schools, it caters to all levels, with activities including tobogganing, open-air ice skating and swimming in the municipal pool. Over a third of the lift-linked Grimentz-Zinal ski area’s 70 miles of pistes suit beginners. Relatively high and snow-sure, this quiet spot is a good bet for an Easter trip with small children.”

We anticipated and saw the potential Grimentz had to become a top resort for families many years ago, we have now built a strong connection with the village through our Les Rahâs development and through the success of our rental management sister company at Miggins.ch.

Grimentz also features in CNN’s Europe’s 10 hidden resorts to uncover and CNN’s 10 prettiest ski resorts in Europe.

Every year Miggins attracts families across the globe (27 countries in 2020!) to stay in Grimentz and we get constant positive feedback on how they love Les Rahâs, our exclusive development within Grimentz. With excitement building and Grimentz finally getting the recognition it deserves for being the best family destination in the Alps, there is no better time to invest in a ski property within the area!
